Park Column — ROD Rollout

Week of June 15, 2026 · driving daily usage across the 47 GP rollout offices

The ask for RODs this week

The Park Column works — rollout offices are outpacing comparable non-Park-Column offices by +4.3 points YTD on hygiene visits per hygienist. June is soft, and this is a live lever on hygiene throughput. We need every office actually working the column daily, not just reporting on it.

  1. Confirm the workflow is running at each of your offices: any appointment unconfirmed ~24 hrs out goes to the Park column; freed time gets backfilled (hygiene + restorative).
  2. Start with your dormant offices (listed below). These are the ones we have no signal on — confirm whether they're working the column or not.
  3. Reporting ≠ usage. If an office is working the column but not sending the daily form, fix the reporting — but the priority is the workflow, then the visibility.
